Terms of Use

1. Service

Retro Timetable is a personal scheduling tool provided by JC Studio. By using it you acknowledge these terms and the privacy policy. Where separate legal consent is required, it is requested separately.

2. Records and backups

You keep the rights to your schedules and notes; JC Studio claims no ownership. You are responsible for access to your device and may export backups to keep your records. Uninstalling, device failure or restoring a backup can remove records, and we cannot recover deleted local data from a server. Restoring replaces existing records, so please check before you confirm. You decide with whom you share exported backup files.

3. Use and advertising

The app, its design and code are protected by their rights holders. Do not unlawfully copy or modify the app, compromise its security or disrupt its operation. Ads are supplied through Google AdMob; advertisers' products, services and external links are subject to their own terms. Clicking or engaging with ads is never required to use the timetable. The app currently has no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases.

4. Availability and responsibility

The app does not send reminders and does not guarantee that plans are kept. Dates and times follow your device settings. Updates or operating-system changes may alter or interrupt features, and JC Studio will make reasonable efforts to fix problems. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

5. Ending use, changes and contact

You may export or erase your records and uninstall at any time. Important changes to these terms will be announced in the app or on this page. Contact whdcjf8172@gmail.com with questions or disputes. Applicable consumer protection and jurisdiction rules remain in effect.
